United Artists Theatre Circuit, Inc.

  • Chief Financial Officer for this large, privately held motion picture exhibition company.
  • Company successfully raised over $350 million of public debt to assist with the acquisition and development of movie theatres and to fund an initial leveraged buyout transaction by a private equity company.
  • Responsible for all financial analysis, cash management, banking, SEC reporting and rating agency relationships.
